Myeloid Cure Biotechnology Co., Ltd. ("Myeloid Cure") announced the completion of its over RMB 150 million Series A financing. The round is led by Bayland Capital, with participation from Hongfeng Investment, Ruihua Capital, leading industry investment institutions and prominent industrial funds.

Since its founding in 2020, Myeloid Cure's existing shareholders have also included Juming Ventures, Co-win Ventures and Redhill Ventures.

The newly raised capital will be deployed across three key areas: supporting the IND application and Phase I clinical trial of its lead candidate MS003; advancing in vivo pharmacodynamic studies and IND-enabling work for the second candidate MS032; and driving early-stage pipeline R&D and team expansion.

Notably, on November 11, 2025, at the inaugural MSD R&D China Science Day, Myeloid Cure signed a letter of intent with MSD R&D (China) Co., Ltd. for the joint development of Myeloid Cure's innovative pipelines, a strong testament to the commercial potential of the company's original pipeline portfolio.

Committed to source innovation, Myeloid Cure has independently developed the Myeloid Phagocytosis Engager (MPE) bispecific antibody platform, and built a differentiated pipeline matrix of first-in-class and globally exclusive (Me-only) assets across two core therapeutic areas: autoimmune diseases and malignant tumors, with the mission of developing original medicines with global competitiveness.

MS032 is the first candidate molecule derived from Myeloid Cure's MPE bispecific antibody platform. The MPE platform features unique technical advantages: it achieves robust clearance of target cells — including primary B cells and a broad range of tumor cells — through a dual mechanism that simultaneously enhances Fcγ receptor (FcγR)-mediated antibody-dependent cellular phagocytosis (ADCP) and ADCP-independent phagocytosis. With its superior depth of target cell elimination, MS032 is poised to set a new treatment benchmark in both autoimmune diseases and oncology, delivering clinically meaningful benefits to patients.

Amid the ongoing valuation rationalization in the biopharmaceutical industry, Myeloid Cure has earned dual recognition from top-tier investment funds and multinational pharmaceutical companies, underpinned by its solid original scientific foundation — a clear demonstration of its hard power in the cutting-edge macrophage immunotherapy space. With the close of this financing round, Myeloid Cure will continue to accelerate the clinical translation of its pipeline, and strive to translate China-originated scientific breakthroughs into innovative therapies for patients worldwide.

Dr. Wang Xianmiao, CEO of Myeloid Cure, stated: "We sincerely thank our new investors — Bayland Capital, Hongfeng Investment, Ruihua Capital and other institutions — for their strong recognition and support. We also extend our gratitude to our existing shareholders Juming Ventures, Co-win Ventures and Redhill Ventures for their continued backing. We appreciate the exceptional work of BioArk Partnersas the financial advisor for this round. This financing marks a significant milestone for Myeloid Cure. The proceeds will advance our core innovative monoclonal antibody pipelines into the clinical stage and generate proof-of-concept data, further our collaboration with multinational corporations, and progress the IND application and clinical approval of MS032, the lead candidate of our MPE bispecific antibody platform. Myeloid Cure will remain deeply focused on macrophage immunotherapy and first-in-class original pipeline development, particularly the continued evolution of the MPE platform, to create greater value for shareholders and deliver more and better innovative solutions to patients globally."

Mr. Su Yuexing, Partner at Bayland Capital, said: "We highly recognize Myeloid Cure's source innovation capability in macrophage immunotherapy and the unique technical strengths of its proprietary MPE bispecific antibody platform. With its differentiated mechanism of action and superior target cell clearance capacity, the company is steadily building global competitiveness and commercial potential. As the lead investor, Bayland Capital looks forward to partnering with Myeloid Cure to accelerate the clinical advancement and global deployment of its innovative pipelines. We believe Myeloid Cure, with its original drug development expertise, will continue to drive the clinical translation of macrophage immunotherapy, deliver breakthrough treatment options for autoimmune disease and cancer patients, and inject new innovative momentum into the global biopharmaceutical sector."

Mr. Lou Guoqiang, Founding Partner of Hongfeng Investment, commented: "Myeloid Cure's focus on autoimmune diseases, along with its differentiated and innovative target and pipeline strategy, aligns closely with Hongfeng Investment's investment thesis. The company has deep expertise in macrophage phagocytosis mechanism research, and has built multiple innovative first-in-class autoimmune disease pipelines on its macrophage phagocytosis R&D platform. We look forward to a long-term partnership with Myeloid Cure, and hope the clinical development of its core products will progress smoothly and efficiently to benefit patients as soon as possible."
