Immunotherapeutics have become an important means of treating tumors and autoimmune diseases in recent years, yet existing treatments all have significant limitations. Macrophages are innate immune cells distributed throughout the body and serve as the body's first line of defense against disease. Myeloid Cure is dedicated to developing macrophage-targeting drugs that reprogram the disease immune microenvironment by modulating macrophage function, in order to treat major malignant conditions such as autoimmune diseases and tumors, with the potential to address the shortcomings of existing immunotherapeutics and treatment approaches.

Product Pipeline

Myeloid Cure has established more than 10 R&D pipelines of significant commercial value, most of which are world-first monoclonal and bispecific antibody projects.

MS003 is a therapeutic monoclonal antibody for autoimmune diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), treating various diseases by mobilizing macrophages to clear over-activated T cells. The MS003 pipeline is expected to enter Phase I clinical trials in early 2027.

MS032 is the first drug candidate from the Myeloid Phagocytosis Engager (MPE) bispecific antibody platform independently developed by Myeloid Cure. Myeloid Cure's MPE offers unique technological advantages, efficiently clearing target cells—including primary B cells and various tumor cells—through a dual mechanism that simultaneously enhances Fcγ receptor (FcγR)-mediated antibody-dependent cellular phagocytosis (ADCP) and ADCP-independent phagocytosis. With its deeper target-cell clearance capability, MS032 is poised to set a new benchmark in the treatment of autoimmune diseases and malignant tumors, offering patients treatment options of greater clinical value. The MS032 pipeline is expected to file for IND in 2027.
